Making A Purchase

Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our Catalog, and click on any items that you wish to buy and put them into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on "Order" and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to satisfy the order.

We accept credit card payment. If you are shopping from North America or anywhere else, place your order and your credit card company will convert the transaction to US Dollars or your own currency.

We accept all major cards. Which are processed via "SAGEPAY" to whom you are transparently connected to, via a secure link upon placing the order.

You may also send your credit card information via phone, fax, snail mail or over the Internet.

United Kingdom Cheques are also accepted but goods will not be dispatched prior to cheque clearance by Lloyds Bank Ltd. To Order via this method please contact by E-Mail prior to the order.

Shipping And Handling

We will normally send your order to you in <1-2> business days with some items not in stock taking 2-3 days. Items out of stock will be placed on back order and the customer informed by email

All orders are dispatched by either Royal Mail or Parcelforce to UK Mainland addresses only, using a next working day delivery.

A email is sent to each customer upon dispatch, telling the delivery method, expected delivery date and if applicable the consignment number. customers must be available to sign for the goods or they will be returned to us by city-link at additional cost

If your item is not in stock, we will back order for you. You will always be emailed with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait.

For orders made from the UK or the European Union, British-Outdoors is non VAT registered . Therefore No VAT is payable on all orders.

Returns Policy

Please contact us by Email for a returns number prior to sending items back to us. All returns should include a letter stating the reason for the return and should be within 30 days of the date shown on the original dispatch note.

For items returned due to the wrong size ordered, then a replacement will be sent but return shipping costs to us, will be at the purchasers cost.

All goods returned must be as far as possible in its original condition.

Defective goods will be exchanged or the payment cancelled if notified with 30 days of the date on the dispatch note, or a specific date previously agreed if the items is a Birthday or other special present.
